Я сегодня помогал коллеге освоить сложный технический приём (топ-спин) в пинг-понге. Подкреплял "соглашательными" возгласами. И заметил эффект, что сразу после возгласа исполнение резко проседало, хотя общий тренд исполнения был сугубо положительный. Для пинг-понга такой эффект не очень страшен, а вот, например, при отработке прыжков в фигурном катании может сильно осложить процесс обучения или даже привести к травме.

Мне ещё не до конца понятно, с чем именно связан такой эффект, но я подозреваю, что при выполнении серии действий близких по времени, внимание переключалось на подкрепление (возглас в данном случае) и не успевало переключиться обратно на исполнение. Соответственно, для решения данной задачи нужно или избегать подкреплений во время таких серий или найти такое подкрепление, которое не будет переключать внимание. А вот что это за подкрепление, которое не переключает внимание, - вопрос будущих исследований.

То что человек взял и что-то сделал реальное с обучением по Скиннеру - за это, конечно же, почёт ему и хвала!

И если он собирается делать серию, то тем более условное подкрепление нужно ставить как можно раньше, а то ж намается потом. При этом можно раскрыть тему вариативного подкрепления.

Дык, а чему тут восторгаться? :) Уровень дрессировки в видео -давно пройденный этап. Даже условное подкрепление не сформировано, а без него нормальная дрессировка подвижных животных очень затруднительна.
