Данный паттерн состоит из растягивания произношения слова и избыточного акцента на ударный слог в слове. Возможно, тут два отдельных паттерна, которые очень часто используются вместе.
Интенсивность акцента и длительность расстягивания варьируется и не факт, что они коррелируют между собой (будем проверять).
