Yep, they presuppose command (special form of presupposition).
-- Take something that is true or somthing that a men is capable of (e.g., to open door)
-- Construct yes/no question (is the door open?)
You might notice that just "а" sound is embedded command!! If it sounds by downward inflection, whereas usual questions end up with high voice.
It is hard to explain by words, a month ago I was drawing diagrams of presuppositions as Deep Structure behind conversational postulate as a Surface Structure. It is in Patterns I of Milton Erickson by Bandler&Grinder (book), tho they do not say that the structure is cyclical and action is only way to break out that is why it is a command.
You can't just answer "yes" or "no" and go further, because it will be like verbal behaviour interrupt. You can answer "yes" and give a posthypnotic suggestion in short form immediately. Then reward with a cigarette ;-)
